There are moments in everyone's life that changes them . Mine started first hand in a hospital bed struggling to be heard  , or even the feeling of feeling comfortable  . I learned how simple act can make , bringing care directly to someone who needs it . As a trained phlebotomist , I've always taken pride in being gentle , precise and reassuring . But more than that , I've always wanted people to feel safe and seen . Starting this mobile blood service allowed me to combine my technical skills with my passion for compassion . I wanted to create a service where clients don't feel like just another appointment - they feel like people who matter that's seen or not even judged .
